Control of Congress and the fate of President Trump’s agenda are on the line in the 2026 midterm election.

Democrats are getting ready to gloat.

And Donald Trump learned some terrible news about the 2026 election.

Joe Biden and Judge John Chun became the latest example of the lawfare waged against President Trump and his agenda.

The Democrat activist blocked a March 2025 Trump executive order withholding election funding from states that don’t institute reforms to keep noncitizens from voting.

In the executive order, Trump outlined the statutes that require states to maintain up-to-date voter rolls and prohibit noncitizens from voting in federal elections.

“Federal laws, such as the National Voter Registration Act (Public Law 103-31) and the Help America Vote Act (Public Law 107-252), require States to maintain an accurate and current Statewide list of every legally registered voter in the StaStaten the Department of Homeland Security is required to share database information with States upon request so they can fulfill this duty.  S  8 U.S.C. 1373(c).  Maintaining accurate voter registration lists is a fundamental requirement in protecting voters from having their ballots voided or diluted by fraudulent votes.” Trump’s executive order read.

“Federal law, 52 U.S.C. 30121, prohibits foreign nationals from participating in Federal, State, or local elections by making any contributions or expenditures. But foreign nationals and non-governmental organisations have taken advantage of loopholes in the law’s interpretation, spending millions of dollars through conduit contributions and ballot initiative-related expenditures.  This type of foreign interference in our election process undermines the franchise and the right of American citizens to govern their Republic,” the executive order continued.

America First Legal recently won a case forcing the state of Arizona to remove 50,000 names from the voter rolls after these individuals failed to provide proof of citizenship.

Fair and secure elections are central to American democracy.

Americans must trust election results so they can accept them, and for the system of self-government to continue.

But for Americans to trust the results, they need to trust that only legal ballots are counted.

Democrats oppose voter ID laws, falsely claiming they are racist.

Democrats oppose reforms to prevent noncitizens from voting in elections.

President Trump and many of his supporters believe the only reason Democrats oppose election integrity measures is that the left thinks illegal aliens voting in elections helps them win.

States requiring proof of citizenship to vote sound like common sense to most Americans.

Democrats view these simple measures as a threat.
