This July 4 is America’s 250th birthday.

President Trump is now overseeing the festivities.

When Trump campaigned in 2024, he spoke of holding a great American State Fair to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.

After Trump returned to the White House, a “Freedom 250” concert was soon organized featuring musical acts such as the Commodores, Morris Day and the Time, C&C Music Factory, and Martina McBride.

But after organizers released the lineup, the left-wing outrage mob online began bombarding the musicians with attacks about supporting fascism by performing at a Trump-sanctioned event.

One by one, the artists, including McBride, the country music star who performs the theme song for Sean Hannity’s radio show, dropped out.

Trump announced his backup plan: a massive rally on the mall with performers like the Armed Forces choice, Lee Greenwood, and Ava Maria singer Christopher Macchio would appear, after which Trump would deliver a keynote speech about the wonders of America and our semiquincentennial.

“On Wednesday, June 24th, at 7 P.M., in magnificent Washington, D.C., now totally beautified, and one of the Safest Cities anywhere in the World, and in celebration of our Country’s 250 Year History, we will be bringing you, LIVE, the Greatest Rally, EVER! It will be special at every level — A Rally to end all Rallies!” Trump posted on Truth Social.

“We don’t want singers with no talent, but big fees to put you to sleep; we’ve told them all to stay home. All we want is you, me, a few speakers, and the Greatest Music ever played, the same Music you have listened to for years! We will have the fabulous Lee Greenwood introducing me with what has turned out to be one of the Greatest Hits of All Time, GOD BLESS THE U.S.A., and the amazing Christopher Macchio, who will sing Nessun Dorma, Hallelujah, Ave Maria, God Bless America, and others — Not since the legendary Luciano Pavarotti has there been such a voice!” Trump added.

“The Rally will also be featuring the wonderful U.S. Army Band “Pershing’s Own” and Armed Forces Choir, and “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band, with the Joint Armed Forces Chorus, all of your favorite Hits, PLUS a fine and highly dignified gentleman known as President DONALD J. TRUMP! “ Trump concluded.

Only one announced performer, Vanilla Ice, who is a personal friend of Trump’s, didn’t pull out from the “Freedom 250” concert.

And Vanilla Ice told Laura Ingraham that he still hoped to appear as part of the program.

“I hope so,” Vanilla Ice said when Ingraham asked if he was going to perform at the new America 250 rally. “I don’t even know. I’m here marinating. But I’m honored to even be invited for this. And I’ll be there no matter what. But I’m just saying, this is going to be an epic birthday for our country. I’m honored. And it’s going to be a lot of fun. Put your fanny pack on. Let’s go back to the ‘9-s for a minute and get your dance moves, and let’s get cheesy with it. Neon colors come out, go, ninja, go.”
