Democrats have a sick plan up their sleeves.

And JD Vance just smacked down this nefarious Democrat plot against the Supreme Court.

Democrats Reject Constitutional Amendment to Cap Supreme Court at 9 Justices

Every single Democrat in the House voted against a proposed Constitutional Amendment to cap the number of Supreme Court Justices at 9.

That meant the amendment fell far short of the two-thirds necessary to pass.

Vice President JD Vance blasted Democrats, tipping their hand that if they win power in 2026 and 2028, they will pack the Supreme Court with at least six new left-wing justices to entrench a permanent leftist majority.

“Democrats have EXPLICITLY promised that they will pack the United States Supreme Court if they’re given additional power.,” Vance stated.

Vance argued that court packing was just the tip of the iceberg and that Democrats schemed to end democracy in America by also adding new blue states so Republicans could never control the Senate again.

“They want to add additional states so that there can be more Democratic senators. Note that they’re not proposing to add territories that are heavily REPUBLICAN. They just want to add the territories that are heavily Democratic,” Vance added.

Vance contended that the choice in the upcoming midterm election was between a crazy collection of Democrats and the Trump administration’s program of common sense solutions.

 “The choice in the election really is between crazy people who are trying to rig the game and common sense people who you may have disagreements with from time to time, but at least they’re rooted in common sense,” Vance concluded.

Democrats Call for Court Packing

Some House Democrats claimed court packing was an issue Republicans made up to scare voters.

“This is such a fake issue that Republicans are putting on,” Rep. Pete Aguilar (D- Calif.) told reporters. “I understand why they’re putting it on, [but] the American public aren’t asking about this.”

“Nowhere ever are people saying, ‘You know what we should do? We should cap the number of Supreme Court justices,’” Aguilar added.

But the top levels of the Democrat Party are explicitly calling for court packing. 

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-CA), who would become Speaker if the Democrats win in November, declared Democrats would support “dramatic reform” for the Supreme Court, which includes adding new justices.

Former Vice President and 2028 Democratic frontrunner Kamala Harris was even more up front about supporting court packing and announced her support for adding justices to the court to 13 members.

“We need to revisit the point of expanding the court to 13 justices like we have 13 district courts,” Kamala exclaimed.

Democrats are enraged that the current Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Blocked Democrat prosecutors from jailing President Trump with show trials during the 2024 election, and ended illegal racial gerrymandering, which allowed Democrats to steal up to 20 House seats in red states.

Since Democrats can’t win enough elections to earn a legitimate majority on the Supreme Court, they now support a court packing scheme to swipe control in one fell swoop.
