President Trump was waiting for this moment.
Anti-Trump media members and Democrats insisted Trump would never see this day.
But now Kash Patel triggered the nuclear option that has Democrats in panic mode.
President Trump insisted for years that Joe Biden and the Democrats stole Georgia – and the Presidency – in 2020 through massive voter fraud.
The liberal media, Democrats, and even establishment Republicans attacked Trump as a liar and a conspiracy theorist.
That all changed when the FBI executed a search warrant on the Fulton County Election Office and took possession of 700 boxes of ballots from the 2020 elections.
Democrats like Senators Mark Warner and Adam Schiff conspired with the media to turn this routine law enforcement action into something nefarious by pointing to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s presence on the ground during the search.
Schiff, Warner, and their media co-conspirators concocted a conspiracy theory that President Trump was plotting a federal takeover of elections to rig the 2026 vote in the GOP’s favor.
In this telling, Gabbard overseeing the search was designed to create the pretext of election meddling to justify the federal takeover of the midterms.
But Gabbard pointed out the law required her to be on the ground for the search since the Office of the Director of National Intelligene owns authority over investigating any foreign interference in elections.
The FBI affidavit authorizing the search also shed light on what the bureau was up to.
In the warrant, the FBI sought permission to take into custody evidence of election records improperly preserved – or not preserved at all – and fraudulent ballot counting.
“The 22-page affidavit, sworn by FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans, was submitted in support of a search warrant executed at the county’s election warehouse in Fairburn. It cites potential violations of two federal statutes: 52 U.S.C. § 20701, which requires preservation of election records for 22 months following a federal election, and 52 U.S.C. § 20511, which criminalizes the knowing deprivation of a fair election through false or fraudulent ballot tabulation,” Mediaite reported.
The FBI also cited as probable cause for the search allegations of irregularities in tabulator tapes, gaps in the ballot chain of custody, and duplicate ballot scans to convince a federal judge to believe a crime occurred in order to sign off on the warrant.
“According to the affidavit, investigators identified multiple deficiencies tied to Fulton County’s handling of the 2020 presidential election. These include missing ballot images, duplicated ballot scans, irregularities in tabulator tapes, and chain-of-custody lapses involving ballots and election materials. The FBI argues that the physical ballots, ballot images, and related records themselves may constitute evidence of federal crimes, regardless of whether any irregularities altered the election outcome.” Mediaite also reported.
President Trump hinted that indictments related to the 2020 election could be on the horizon.
The FBI search warrant affidavit provides clues about what criminal charges could be heading down the pike.
