Antifa’s online infrastructure just took a serious hit.

The websites they relied on to dox federal agents, coordinate attacks, and publish bombing claims are going dark one by one.

And what Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s State Department uncovered about who was running that infrastructure is going to leave a lot of people stunned.

The Italy Connection Nobody Was Talking About

The State Department, working alongside the Department of the Treasury, designated Autistici/Inventati — known as the A/I Collective — as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist. The group operates out of Italy and, according to federal officials, built and maintained the digital backbone that violent far-left networks in the United States and Europe depended on to function.

Fox News Digital first reported that the State Department had designated Autistici/Inventati, known as the A/I Collective, as a specially designated global terrorist over its alleged support for violent far-left networks.

“Far-left terrorism poses a profound threat to the United States and the broader West,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. “Today, the United States sanctioned Autistici/Inventati — a major far-left tech collective whose services are used by the most active and violent Antifa cells in the United States and across the world.”

The State Department says A/I provided encrypted chat and email services, web hosting, secure video tools and anonymity services to violent left-wing groups in the United States and Europe. That is not a fringe operation. That is a full-service communications and concealment platform — purpose-built for people who do not want law enforcement to know what they are planning.

The State Department memo says the collective provides its services exclusively to left-wing extremists, screening users for ideological alignment before allowing them access to its tools. In other words, this was not a neutral tech provider caught up in something it did not understand. It was a curated service for a specific kind of customer.

The designation was issued under Executive Order 13224, the post-9/11 authority used to sanction terrorists and individuals or entities providing financial, material or technological support for terrorism. As a result, A/I property and interests in property subject to US jurisdiction are blocked, while Americans are generally prohibited from conducting transactions with the organization.

Portland, ICE Agents, and a CBP Helicopter That Had to Abort Its Landing

Just one day after the extremist collective was designated as a specially designated global terrorist, an untold number of servers and websites — used by far-left extremists to plot violent attacks, target federal agents, and conceal their crimes from law enforcement — were shut down. Among them was Rose City Counter-Info, a Portland-based website the State Department says Rose City Antifa used to publish personal information about Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel and organize violent activity against federal agents.

The memo says Rose City Antifa also used A/I Collective tools to disseminate personal information about US Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel and calls for targeted attacks against ICE agents “in their homes” and in public.

And it went beyond doxxing.

The State Department said the group used the site to distribute an online flyer urging supporters to use laser pointers against Customs and Border Protection helicopters. Federal records show one man later pleaded guilty to aiming a laser at a CBP helicopter, forcing the aircraft to abort a planned landing.

A State Department official told Fox News Digital: “Today’s news demonstrates the extent to which the A/I Collective was the digital infrastructure of the global Antifa terror network.”

President Donald Trump designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization via a September 2025 executive order. This latest action extends that pressure to the foreign technical layer that kept those domestic cells connected, hidden, and operational.

Jane’s Revenge, Pregnancy Center Bombings, and the Hamas Connection

Rose City Antifa was not the only group relying on A/I infrastructure. The State Department’s memo names Jane’s Revenge — the militant network that declared open war on pro-life organizations across the country.

“Jane’s Revenge” used A/I Collective tools to “publish official communiqués and claims of responsibility for violent and criminal acts and to incite copycat attacks,” according to the State Department.

Notably, Jane’s Revenge claimed responsibility for the May 2022 firebombing of a crisis pregnancy center in Madison, Wisconsin. That attack on an innocent organization dedicated to protecting unborn life was not an isolated act of protest. It was part of a coordinated, multi-state campaign of violence against pregnancy centers carried out by people who used A/I’s infrastructure to recruit, communicate, and encourage more of the same.

The State Department memo says that four members of the group were later federally charged for “‘conspiracy against rights’ through threats of force and intimidation.”

But the connections get darker still.

The department also said a media organization using A/I services disseminated material from Hamas, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Hezbollah and other designated terrorist groups. The same digital plumbing that helped Portland Antifa dox ICE agents was also carrying content for some of the most dangerous terrorist organizations on earth.

Rose City Antifa is listed in the memo alongside a media organization that the State Department says uses A/I Collective tools to disseminate information to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which is proliferating inside the United States, Hamas, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hezbollah and others.

That is not a coincidence. That is a network.

The memo also refers to far-left extremists in Atlanta using A/I Collective tools and services in a violent attempt to “prevent the construction of a law enforcement training center.”

Treasury Piles On — and the Collective Fires Back

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent joined Rubio in putting the left-wing terror ecosystem on notice.

“Far-left extremists, their fronts, and their enablers should be on notice: We will bring the full weight of our economic tools to bear,” he said. “Political terrorism has no place in our society, and we will continue to cut the financial lifelines of these groups until they are eliminated.”

The A/I Collective did not go quietly. The collective described itself as “a small, volunteer-run, technology collective from Italy” that provides tools for “digital self-defense.” “We will not back down,” the group said. “Antifascism and anticapitalism are not terrorism. Protesting is not terrorism.”

That response is worth sitting with for a moment. A group whose hosted sites allegedly carried ICE agent home addresses, instructions for blinding federal helicopters, and propaganda for Hamas and Hezbollah wants Americans to believe it is just a scrappy volunteer outfit defending free expression. The designation suggests the federal government is not buying it.

The State Department official said: “The terror designation of the A/I Collective dealt a devastating blow to the transnational far-left networks that have plagued America and our allies for years.”

What This Actually Means Going Forward

The pattern of left-wing domestic terrorism and political violence has been visible for years to anyone willing to look at it honestly. Attacks on federal courthouses, sieges of police precincts, a firebombing campaign against pregnancy centers from Colorado to New York, sustained doxxing of federal law enforcement officers and their families — this is an organized, ideologically driven campaign, not a series of unrelated incidents. The same political class and media apparatus that spent years calling January 6 an “insurrection” looked the other way while actual organized violence targeted American institutions, communities, and innocent pro-life organizations.

What the Trump administration has done here is treat the infrastructure of that violence as part of the threat itself. Not just the individual who aimed a laser at a helicopter. Not just the person who firebombed a pregnancy center in Madison, Wisconsin. The entire digital architecture that allowed these groups to coordinate, recruit, publish attack claims, and shield themselves from law enforcement accountability.

Rubio’s move also exposes something the corporate press rarely acknowledges: far-left domestic violence and Islamist terrorism are not separate problems operating in separate universes. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated, “The unified front between international Marxism and the radical Islamic movement need not share the same ultimate vision to share the same immediate enemy of free and self-governing societies.” The same foreign server farm was carrying content for Rose City Antifa and for groups aligned with Hamas and Hezbollah. That is not a theoretical connection. That is a documented, operational one.

And now, one by one, those websites are going dark.

The people who used A/I’s tools to publish the home addresses of ICE agents, to recruit firebombers, and to disseminate terrorist propaganda are discovering that the digital sanctuary they depended on has been designated a terrorist entity. Americans who believe in the rule of law, who support the brave men and women of ICE and CBP, and who watched pregnancy centers get bombed while politicians looked the other way, have waited a long time to see this kind of action taken.

The Trump administration just delivered it.
