Democrats are in the middle of a Civil War.

The party is tearing itself to pieces in the run-up to the midterm election.

And Sean Hannity heard John Fetterman throw down one gauntlet that sent Democrats reeling.

Democrats’ Divide Over Socialism

Democrats who have to run for re-election in red states are walking a tightrope.

They know they can’t afford to cross the party base, which is now totally controlled by Democrat Socialists, but they also know they have to act moderate so as not to alienate independent voters.

John Fetterman is running this playbook in Pennsylvania, where he is up for re-election in 2028, a Presidential year.

Fetterman takes any opportunity to whack socialists like Abdul El-Sayed in public, but votes the straight Democrat line in the Senate.

Sean Hannity noted that Fetterman’s record is that of a dyed-in-the-wool leftist, even going so far as to support biological men playing girls’ sports.

“Well, I don’t think you agree with a lot of their agenda. You know, like, for example, you opposed overturning Roe v. Wade, okay? Number one, you opposed the death penalty. Number two, you co-sponsored a bill to ban assault weapons. Number three, you joined other Senate Democrats in voting against the bill that would ban trans girls and women from women’s sports,” Hannity said during a recent interview with Fetterman.

Fetterman’s Challenge to El-Sayed

Democrats need to win four GOP-held seats to obtain the majority in the U.S. Senate.

But there is no path to a Democrat majority if Republicans flip the Democrat seat in Michigan held by the retiring Gary Peters.

Polls show a toss-up race between Republican Mike Rogers and Democrat Abdul El-Sayed.

And Fetterman has no problem throwing El-Sayed under the bus as a pro-terrorist, anti-American extremist who is unfit for the Senate.

Fetterman takes particular delight in jabbing El-Sayed over his friendship with America-hating streamer Hasan Piker, who declared that America “deserved” 9/11.

“I don’t get along with El-Sayed. You know, I don’t get along with him because he absolutely supports Sharia law. I mean, he’s absolutely pro-Iran and Hamas. I mean, he even said he wants to define the police. And he’s in a spiritual union with Hasan Piker, who really thinks that we deserve 9/11. So overall, I don’t get along with communists and socialists and people that hate America, or people that pick on women, you know, like El-Sayed.,’ Fetterman stated.

Fetterman even went so far as to put up $25,000 of his own money if El-Sayed would campaign in public with Piker.

“Like I said this, I think on your show several weeks ago, like I’m daring him, campaign with this Hasan Piker. You know, I will donate $25,000 to his super PAC for every campaign rally that he does with Hasan Piker. You know, that’s definitely, that’s his main guy. So like get back out on the trail, dude,” Fetterman added.

“I mean, let the tiny guy just go hit the road with Hasan Piker. You know, he tries to pretend that he doesn’t have the same kinds of views as Hasan Piker because he’s campaigned with him constantly of overall. So right now I’m daring them. Are they cowards? You know, campaign together. Or condemn them. What are you going to be?” Fetterman continued.

El-Sayed’s tried to downplay his relationship with Piker.

But Michigan Democrats like Congresswoman Hillary Scholten said she wouldn’t endorse El-Sayed because of his link to Piker.

And now John Fetterman wants to put the Piker connection front and center for voters, a move that could cost El-Sayed the election and Democrats the Senate.
