Democrats thought they executed the perfect plan to impeach and remove President Trump.

That scheme just went up in smoke.

And the Supreme Court just curb stomped Democrats with this bombshell ruling.

The Virginia Supreme Court crippled Democrats’ redistricting hopes by tossing a map the Democrats rammed through that redrew the commonwealth’s Congressional map to hand Democrats 10 of the 11 House seats.

This represented a game of four seats in the House for Democrats, and based on California pushing through a map that erased five GOP-held seats, it was enough to hand Democrats the majority in the House before a single vote was cast in the midterm election.

Virginia’s State Supreme Court ruled the map illegal because Democrats violated the commonwealth law in rushing a referendum on the ballot to pass the map.

The legislature is required to vote on an amendment in two separate special sessions with an election in between, and Democrats used a special session that Governor Glenn Youngkin opened long ago for a separate purpose to vote on the referendum, and they unlawfully claimed the start of early voting in the 2025 election counted as holding an election in between the two votes on the referendum.

In the opinion the court wrote, “constitutional violation incurably taints the resulting referendum vote and nullifies its legal efficacy.”

President Trump cheered the victory.

“Huge win for the Republican Party, and America, in Virginia. The Virginia Supreme Court has just struck down the Democrats’ horrible gerrymander. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump posted on Truth Social.

This ruling, combined with a Supreme Court ruling that tossed racial gerrymandering that illegally handed Democrats up to 20 seats in the south, created a new reality where Republicans are now favored to keep control of the House of Representatives after the midterm election.

“With 14 more Republican seats, the party would go a long way to keeping the House. According to website 270towin.com, current standings are 212 safe and likely seats for the Democrats and 205 safe and likely Republican seats, leaving 18 up for grabs in Congress to make up its 435 total,” the New York Post reported.
