Protecting election integrity is one of President Trump’s major domestic policy initiatives.

The left fought Trump at every turn.

And then Trump went nuclear on this Democrat vote fraud plot, and then a judge did the unthinkable.

Democrats gummed up the Trump agenda by racing to the nearest courthouse and filing a lawsuit in front of a friendly leftist judge the moment President Trump affixed his signature on an executive order designed to implement the agenda that the American people voted for in landslide fashion in the 2024 election.

Democratic state attorneys general followed that playbook when Trump issued an executive order to ensure only U.S. citizens vote by mail and to curb fraud.

But in a stunning development, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols tossed the suit, ruling that the Democrat attorneys general lacked standing since no rule change had gone into effect.

“Given that the Executive Order does not command Plaintiffs to do anything, and that no agency has yet acted pursuant to the Order in a way that could harm Plaintiffs, they have not suffered any harm at present,” Nichols wrote in his ruling.

President Trump’s executive order was a common-sense measure to protect the integrity of the election.

The order instructed that the Secretary of Homeland Security provide each state with a list of verified U.S. citizens eligible to receive mail-in ballots.

Under the proposed order, the Secretary of Homeland Security “shall take appropriate action to compile and transmit to the chief election official of each State a list of individuals confirmed to be United States citizens who will be above the age of 18 at the time of an upcoming Federal election and who maintain a residence in the subject State (State Citizenship List).

The order also instructed the U.S. Postal Service to implement a series of protocols to handle mail-in ballots, including tracking codes.

These included:

(A)  is marked as Official Election Mail, including through designated markings provided by USPS for this purpose, such as the Official Election Mail logo, as necessary and appropriate;

(B)  is automation-compatible and bears a unique Intelligent Mail barcode, or successor USPS technology, that facilitates tracking and is consistent with the other requirements of this section; and

(C)  has undergone a mail envelope design review by the USPS to ensure compliance with USPS mailing standards, including barcode placement.

Many Americans wonder why Democrats oppose executive orders like this, to verify that only U.S. citizens vote by mail, and other election integrity measures such as voter ID, unless Democrats plan to cheat in elections and want to block any protections against vote fraud.
