President Trump has survived three attempts on his life.
But what happened next will leave you red with rage.
And a federal judge apologized to the man who tried to kill Trump. Larry Kudlow is speechless.
As Conservative Reboot reports:
The alleged assassin, who is charged with attempting to kill President Trump at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner, made his first appearance in court.
That was newsworthy to begin with.
However, it was the conduct of Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui that enraged Americans, as Faruqui apparently offered an apology to the alleged assassin for his treatment in the D.C. jail and claimed it was worse than that of the January 6 defendants.
POLITICO’s Kye Cheney reported that Faruqui “apologized to Allen, saying it was partly the court’s role to ensure that someone detained while awaiting trial was subjected to fair and dignified conditions,” and then “ordered D.C. jail officials to update him by Tuesday morning on when and whether Allen would be moved into less restrictive conditions.”
President Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and multiple members of the cabinet attended the event.
Had the alleged assassin succeeded, it would have been the worst massacre of the executive branch in history.
Fox Business host and former Trump chief economic advisor, Larry Kudlow, couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
“The judge apologized to this guy?” Kudlow could be heard exclaiming off-camera during his show.
Once the camera came back to Kudlow, he continued expressing his disgust over the judge’s conduct.
“Who is a killer? Who, if he had gotten another couple of yards, would have sprayed the whole audience at the correspondents’ dinner? I mean, would have just sprayed them and killed God knows how many, and then would have marched up and taken a shot over the whole audience at the president? Are we apologizing to this guy? I don’t get that,” Kudlow added.
“Constitutional rights?!” Kudlow added before turning to Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley. “Jonathan, would you speak to this, please? I mean, I guess prisoners have constitutional rights. The guy is a killer, and God knows what would have happened if we hadn’t taken him down. So I’m not really — I don’t really think I’m that worried about his housing situation, but you tell me if I’m wrong.”
“He’ll get access to his lawyers. He’ll get access to a Bible. But the Department of Justice itself is going to retain a great deal of discretion on how he is housed,” Turley replied.
Conservatives contend that deranged left-wingers keep trying to kill President Trump because the left keeps making excuses for them by attacking Trump as a Nazi.
And many on the right now worry that this judge openly apologizing to an alleged assassin in open court will only incite more attacks on Trump.
