President Trump and his supporters realize they have a major problem on the Supreme Court.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett turned out to be a closet liberal.

And Steve Bannon asked one question about Amy Coney Barrett that hit Trump like a truck.

Barrett betrayed conservatives yet again and showed she is the latest so-called “conservative” to shift left once on the Supreme Court, following in the footsteps of Sandra Day O’Connor, Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, and John Roberts.

The latest betrayal from Barrett came when she and Roberts joined the court’s three liberals to reject a challenge to a Mississippi law that allows the state to count mail-in ballots that arrive up to five days after election day.

“The Framers recognized the difficulty of crafting election laws applicable to every probable change in the situation of the country,” Barrett wrote in her opinion.

“So instead of constitutionalizing election law, they decided that ‘a discretionary power over elections’ needed to be lodged ‘somewhere,’” Barrett added. “Suffice it to say that power was not lodged in this Court. The election-day statutes say nothing about ballot receipt, and we cannot add to the words Congress chose.”

Former Trump chief strategist and War Room host Steve Bannon blasted Barrett and wondered how she got on the Supreme Court in the first place.

“Did anybody do any due Diligence here?” Bannon fumed. “I know it was quite — behind the scenes — it was quite contentious before. But the right-to-life crowd, hey, did you do your due diligence?”

“Are you happy with what you got? Are you happy with what you got?” Bannon added.

Trump nominated Barrett in September 2020 to fill the seat of the deceased Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Then, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was the one pushing for Barrett, claiming she was a solid conservative whom the Senate could confirm before the election.

Plotting to install yet another establishment RINO on the Supreme Court turned out to be yet another of McConnell’s betrayals of Trump.

Trump knew he had a problem with Barrett when, earlier this term, she joined another Trump nominee, Neil Gorsuch, in helping the liberals strike down his reciprocal tariffs.

“I ‘Love’ Justice Neil Gorsuch! He’s a really smart and good man, but he voted against me and our Country on Tariffs, a devastating move. How do I reconcile this? So bad, and hurtful to our Country,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “I have, likewise, always liked and respected Amy Coney Barrett, but the same thing with her. I appointed them, and yet they have hurt our Country so badly!”

Trump noted that Democratic justices always stuck together on the big cases, but that it was always the so-called “conservatives” who broke ranks.

“With certain Republican Nominated Justices that we have on the Supreme Court, the Democrats don’t really need to ‘PACK THE COURT’ any longer. In fact, I should be the one wanting to PACK THE COURT! I’m working so hard to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and then people that I appointed have shown so little respect to our Country, and its people,” Trump added.

“What is the reason for this? They have to do the right thing, but it’s really OK for them to be loyal to the person who appointed them to “almost” the highest position in the land, that is, a Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Democrat Justices always remain true to the people who honored them for that very special Nomination,” Trump concluded.

It looks like Amy Coney Barrett is going to be the biggest regret of Trump’s Presidency and a thorn in the side of conservatives for decades to come.
